Mindfulness, even more importantly, understanding the principles which it the practice based, is so incredibly valuable in changing the way we experience every thing, that it is one of the things I teach almost daily. Our experience of life is created in the mind, from a conditioned brain, jumping with crazy monkeys. When we lack awareness, it rules us, we are the pawns to our unconscious thinking. When we are in awareness of the machinations of our brains, we have incredible power. Power to return to clarity, creativity, calm, peace, inspiration and joy.
